We’re excited to create art together! To ensure the best possible outcome, we ask that you review the following policies.
Studio Cleanliness
All soft textiles and wardrobe are steamed/sanitized with commercial grade disinfectant. Certified to kill cold and flu viruses and 99.9% of bacteria, including E. coli (O157:H7), Listeria, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus (Staph) on food contact surfaces.
Equipment and utilities are wiped down with alcohol disinfectant.
Plasma Wave Technology air filtration system stays on for the entirety of the session and thereafter.
A 24hr gap is required in between sessions for thorough cleaning.
Client wardrobe are laundered after every use.
Attendees
Any props that are outside from our studio will require to be submitted 3 days prior in order to be incorporated.
Please have your attending group stay within the client waiting area when not being photographed.
Toddlers and younger children may not be able to tolerate the entire session time. Consider bringing entertainment or leave early in separate vehicles as needed.
Snacks and drinks are offered in the studio but feel free to plan your own meals.
Session Time
Our address, date and time is located in your “Session Confirmation” email. This is sent from Josie@sunnymelon.com prior to your photo shoot day.
We understand that traffic and minor delays can happen. We offer a 10-minute grace period for tardiness.
There is an initial 10 minutes grace period following a $20 fee per every 15 mins late.
Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please review and sign for the following:
Booking: Your sitting fee submission includes your reservation date, session time, phone consultation, set design, wardrobe and prop usage and your first ordering appointment. This is not a deposit nor a retainer towards your order.
Payments: Payment is due at your ordering appointment, the first appointment is included with your sitting fee. Additional appointments or adjustments will incur a fee of $150. A second appointment fee will be arranged for expired invoices and or to any changes to the order. Unclaimed galleries will expire within 14 days from the session date. Galleries can be held up to 6 months if requested in advance. The un-archival fee is $150. Additional family members are welcome to hold their own first ordering appointment at no cost.
Product & Gallery Delivery: All images will be delivered to clients via an online gallery. Gallery links remain active for 30 days, after which a reactivation fee may apply. All galleries will receive an email reminder prior to the expiration date. We make all efforts to deliver your products within four to six weeks of your session; however, this timeline may be extended during peak season.
